Covid-19 Restrictions on Cruising: Algeria
- Can I and my crew get to my boat and back?
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) continue to advise British nationals against all non-essential travel to Algeria. The FCO advise against all travel to areas within 30km of the borders with Libya, Mauritania, Mali and Niger and Tunisia. [FCO]

On 28 June the Algerian President ordered that air, land and sea borders remain closed until further notice. [FCO]
- Restrictions sailing in-country and cross-border
The CA has no information specifically on sailing restrictions but the FCO makes various travel restriction recommendations within Algeria and Libya.
- Social restrictions and requirements (and any special points)
Some easing has started with businesses reopening and public transportation in cities resuming. All schools, nurseries, universities and mosques are closed; sporting events have been cancelled; public amenities and public spaces have been shut to the public.
