The Cruising Association teamed up with our marine partners to offer members and non-members daily and show prizes throughout Southampton International Boat Show, 16-25 September 2022.
"The CA is extremely grateful and proud of our relationships with marine partners around the world who offer our members discounts on their products and services," commented Lucy Hyslop, CA General Manager. "Our prize draws during the year are a way of thanking members and helping to support their cruising with carefully selected products."
Daily Prize Draws

New member Simon Butler, who joined the CA only a few weeks ago, was delighted with his Marlow Ropes £150 voucher, saying, "How very exciting to win this prize, thank you very much to everyone at the CA and Marlow Ropes. What a bonus as I was only thinking last weekend as I pulled up the mast on the main halyard that it was about time to change it!"
Navionics subscription for new members
Those joining the CA during the show had the chance to win the daily prize for new members of a Navionics boating app. Nine new members will now be accessing a one-year subscription for the app which can be used on a phone or synchronised with a chart plotter, helping to plan routes, overlay charts, check weather and tides and more.
VirCru show prize
Over 450 entries were received for the VirCru Launch Bundle draw, which enables owners to stay connected to their boat via mobile phone which was open to both members and non-members. CA member Liz Harewood wins the prize of a VirCru Launch Bundle + three months of complimentary subscription worth £280.
AquaMarine Big Prize Summer Draw
Around 550 entries were received into the Big Prize Summer Draw for a £2,000 AquaMarine voucher which closed at midday on 21 September 2022.
Boris Webber of AquaMarine randomly picked the winner, and a delighted Liz Campbell will be spoilt for choice from AquaMarine’s range of marine products, which cover everything from deck hardware, lighting, steering, dinghy and outboard equipment, anchoring and mooring, water systems, galley and much more.

Lalizas Big Prize Winter Draw
As one draw closes the next opens and Lalizas UK is generously providing a £2,000 voucher for the Big Prize Winter Draw to spend across their New Marine Equipment Selection Catalogue.
