J C Graeme is an established author with many titles to his credit. His series of historical fiction reveals life in Mediterranean in ancient times. In his latest book Skylax of Karyanda takes us on a voyage of exploration around the boundaries of Persian Empire in the 5th Century BCE. Of course the fiction is based on some sound historical facts and bring both fact and fiction successfully into a vivid and believable narrative is where the skills lie. The author will tells us about the back ground to his books and perhaps some of the secrets of writing historical fiction.
