Roger has served in several departments and units including Royalty Protection and has travelled the world. He has promised many amusing stories. He is giving his time for free and will be collecting for East Kent Mencap, a charity close to his heart. His talks have been well received at Yacht Clubs in the South East, so please come along and enjoy an entertaining evening with fellow sailors.

There will be a Supper  served at 19.00 with a choice of meat or vegetarian Lasagne served with wedges, mixed salad and garlic bread at a cost of £15 per person. Please note this must be pre-booked and paid for in advance with the Office at Medway Yacht Club during office hours on 01634 718399 by Friday 28th November, as the club is opening specially for us and we will need a minimum of 20 people to make this event viable. The talk will commence at approximately 20.00 after the supper. You are welcome to attend just the talk if you so wish and there will be no charge for this. We will NOT be using Eventbrite for this event.

The bar will be open for the evening and MYC is a cashless organisation. The club has a policy of no dogs inside the clubhouse except for Assistance Dogs. We are grateful to Medway Yacht Club for offering us this special opportunity as the Dog and Bear were not able to accommodate us for our December meeting.
