Solent Section's first meeting on its 2016-17 Winter Programme

Friday October 21 - 'Where did you get to last summer?' - members' presentations of their summer cruising at the Waters Edge Restaurant Mercury Yacht Harbour in Hamble. We hope for a wide and varied selection.

A booking form with further details is attached and we do hope that you will join us.

Saturday 17th September at Gins Farm, Beaulieu River

The last summer meet of 2016 courtesy of the Royal Southampton Yacht Club at Gins Farm on the Beaulieu River, one of the most attractive and least developed parts of the Solent.

On Friday 16th some boats will muster in Newtown Creek. If coming please let either Alec or Tim know.

On Saturday 17^th Cate and Alec request the pleasure of your company for a Sharpener on the Pontoon beside Yo Ho Ho at 1800.

A three course dinner with coffee at 1930 in the Clubhouse - cost of £24.50 per head.

Shepards Wharf Marina         Saturday 21- Sunday 22 MAY 2016

Our first meet of the season will again be at Shepards Wharf but this year will take a different form as suitable BBQ facilities are not available.

It will, as always, be very informal and a chance to meet up with old friends and welcome new ones.
