Cruising Association Promo Week Scores a Hit!

The Cruising Association's online Promo Week (September 11-20) was held as an alternative to exhibiting at the Southampton Boat Show and it's been hailed an all-round success, with 36 new members signing up plus a record 240 sales of our Almanac!

The CA supports the Eat out to Help out scheme

Eat, drink and save! The Cruising Association has joined the UK Government scheme Eat out to Help out which runs from Monday 3 August through to Monday 31 August.

 

Cabin Accommodation Discounted Until the End of Dec 2020!

We want to encourage members to start visiting our delightful canal-side premises at CA House again and we're introducing a range of initiatives to help entice you back to our COVID-secure HQ.

 

To kick things off, we’re rolling out a reduction to the price of the CA's cabin accommodation from 1 August to 31 December 2020.

The Cruising Association welcomes Scottish Marking Order for Lobster Pot Buoys

The Cruising Association’s Regulations and Technical Services group, RATS, has welcomed the initiative taken by the Scottish government which came into force on 20 June making the marking of a string of creels (lobster or crab pots) with anything other than a buoy made for that purpose unlawful.
