Country Walk & Pub Lunch: Burnham Beeches

Join GXSA and CA members for a surprisingly interesting walk around Burnham Beeches, followed by a sumptuous self-funded Pub Lunch at The Royal Oak, Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Common, Berkshire SL2 3HS

If you’re not up to walking, just come for lunch.

The plan is to meet up in the Nature Reserve Car Park at Burnham Beeches Car Park at 10:15, with the walk starting at 10:30. The walk will be quite easy going on the flat, following the route recommended by the Historical Trail leaflet.

The long walk is about 5 miles and should take around 2 hours to complete. There are plenty of options to shorten the walk, for people with less stamina.

After returning to the Car Park, we’ll drive 2 minutes to the Royal Oak at Farnham Common for lunch at 12:30.
