Dinner at the Harbour View Suite, RNLI College

Join our CA members, friends and our Relay Rally participants for dinner in the glorious Harbour View restaurant at the RNLI College in Poole. 
We have exclusive use of the Harbour View Suite, a beautiful, light and airy room located on the second floor, a very special room with grand sweeping views of Holes Bay in Poole Harbour. Doors open onto the private balcony where you can enjoy some fresh sea air.

A delicious menu awaits. Make your own choices from a three course menu, preceded by Whipped Butter and Artisan Bread Roll (v) and finished off with Tea and coffee with a Chocolate Truffle (v)

To register to join us, please email wessex@theCA.org.uk. Please state the names of participants and their menu choices (see below), and make payment of £40pp by BACS transfer.  Booking must be made by 10th May.

•    Roasted Tomato and Thyme Soup with a Basil Oil (Ve) 
•    Beetroot and Goat's Cheese Tart served with a Herb Salad and Balsamic Syrup (v) 
•    Ardennes Pate served with Homemade Piccalilli and Toasted Sourdough Crostini 
Mains 
•    Roasted Chicken Breast served with a Fondant Potato, Green Beans and a Mushroom & Pea Velouté 
•    Pan-seared Cod served on a Bed of Ratatouille, Crispy Parmentier Potato & an Olive Dressing Potato 
•    Gnocchi served with Autumnal Vegetables, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and a Citrus and Herb Butter 
Desserts 
•    Pear and Apple Crumble with Vanilla Custard 
•    Panna cotta served with Fresh Berry & Homemade Shortbread 
•    Chocolate Tart served with Chantilly Cream & Raspberry Coulis
