Veronica Skotnes is young, sails solo, and has researched the old ways of life on the remote islands of northernmost Norway. She has spent the last year living alone as a modern day lighthouse keeper in the world's most northerly lighthouse.

A student of philosophy, writer and climate activist, her talk will appeal to young women looking to achieve their dreams, adventurous sailors, and those wishing to share their experiences in the written word.
