Our AGM will be held at CA House, on Wednesday 12 November 2025, at 6.30pm.
The nomination of any candidate who is willing to stand for Council membership should be submitted either by letter or email to the Company Secretary at CA House (members need to be logged in to see contact email address) ( ), before 30 September 2025.
Any member, except an Honorary member or a Crewing Service member, is eligible to stand for election. A nomination must include:
- the name of the nominee,
- the names of the proposer and seconder, both of whom must be members,
- the nominee’s written agreement to stand for election.
The nominee’s proposer and seconder must also confirm by letter or email to the Company Secretary at CA House ( ), before Tuesday 30 September 2025, that they are willing to act in that capacity for the nominee.
This Notice is by Order of Council and it is in accordance with Article 19 of the Articles of Association and Company Law.
