Birdwatching Cruise

Join us for a birdwatching cruise along Suffolk’s peaceful Orwell and Stour Rivers with a bird and wildlife expert as our guide.

We leave at 0930 from the Royal Harwich Yacht Club pontoon on the classic sailing barge Victor which was built in 1895 and fully restored to her original rig in 2006. 

There will be unlimited free hot drinks and bacon sarnies will be available to buy.  Please bring a picnic lunch and snacks. And make sure you bring warm clothes, binoculars and a camera!

Date and Time: Saturday 18th October 2025. Barge departs at 0930 and returns at approximately 1600.

Open to: Members of the CA, CS and RHYC and to non-members.

Booking will open in the autumn.
