CA Refer a Friend: June winner announced and July’s prize is now open

Congratulations to CA member Martin Sutcliffe, winner of June’s Refer a Friend prize draw, who has won a Henri-Lloyd Breeze Jacket worth £150, kindly provided by Topsail Insurance.
Martin commented, “It’s funny as I just took a boat card to another boat and found they were already members and we met for drinks and swapped pilot guides we no longer needed.” On the new referral, he said “The person I referred, Mark, was travelling south from the Spanish Rias to Gib, a route I had done in the opposite direction. I knew he could benefit from several marina discounts whilst also learning the other benefits of the CA.”

The Cruising Association’s Refer a Friend programme rewards members for introducing others to the CA community and its many cruising benefits. Friends joining through referral receive 20% off their first year’s membership1, while referring members receive a £20 voucher2 to spend in the CA shop or towards cabin accommodation at CA House.
July’s prize draw is now open
Every successful referral made between April and September is automatically entered into a monthly prize draw - so if you have been spreading the word about CA Membership, you are already in with a chance.

Sharing the benefits of CA membership is quick and straightforward.
Simply share the 20% discount code from the member-only Refer a Friend page with your friend. They can then join via www.theca.org.uk/join, entering:
- your name under 'Recommendation, and
- the shared code under 'Promotional Code.
