Channel Section: Plymouth Fireworks Championship Rally

We are pleased to announce details for this year's Channel Section rally to see the Plymouth Fireworks Championship as well as share some sociable times together.
The Annual British Fireworks Championship event, where six UK companies fight it out over two nights to be crowned champions, continues to be popular with CA members.
The wave wall at Queen Anne’s Battery (QAB) marina provides the ideal location for viewing the firework displays which are set off from the Mount Batten Pier opposite. Paul and Liz Harewood, whose home berth is QAB, have secured 6 rafted berths on the QAB visitor pontoon for boats of less than 12 metres LOA (to include davits / bowsprits etc.) for the rally. More boats, and larger boats, may secure berths elsewhere and still join the rally.
The rally will start with pontoon drinks and a meal together at a local restaurant overlooking the marina. The 14th and 15th August will include a local walk, a trip to ‘The Box’ (a recently completed modern museum in Plymouth) and drinks on the wave wall before the fireworks start at 21.30.
