At our annual Near and Far evening Wessex members share a part of their 2023 cruising season. We have four presentations and a chance to mingle in the break.
Peter and Hilary bought a boat in Scotland then decided not to bring her home. They will talk about the wonderful cruising area of the West Coast of Scotland.
Douglas kept his boat in the Baltic for many years and last year brought her back to the UK from Denmark. He will talk about Denmark, we saw some of his drawings of Denmark at the photo competion and also in Cruising Magazine
Steve and Cathy are stalwarts of Wessex Near and Far but their plans were constantly changing last year. Cathy is going to tell us about these changing plans and where they ended up.
Paul regaled us last year on his troubles with crew. This year he cruised from UK to the Gulf du Morbihan in South Brittany and will talk about the beautiful inland sea with hundreds of Island and strong currents.
