Moules Vites - a dash for Southern Brittany (and back)

Moules Vites - a dash for Southern Brittany (and back), by Paul Brown

In July 2014 Paul and family cruised the wonderful South Brittany coast as far down as Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan. With their usual work constraints, the plan was to cross over from Poole via Ile d’Ouessant, spend time exploring ashore in as many places as possible, and return their Ovni Little Wing safely to her home berth, all in a three-week break from work. This stunning coastline more than lived up to its promise, and they discovered a wonderful cruising ground with numerous idyllic sandy islands, small bustling harbours, amazing waterside towns and excellent local cuisine.

Illustrated with numerous pictures and video clips, Paul’s account will show why this region of France is such a paradise for sailors
