Biscay! A great new cruising ground

Biscay! A great new cruising ground

Worried about venturing into the Bay of Biscay? The CA is holding a seminar about cruising in this area.

With islands, sheltered rivers and historic towns, Biscay is a unique place to spend the summer. Four experienced boat owners will give their first-hand accounts of where and when to go, how to avoid getting into difficulty and what to think of when keeping your boat abroad.

The talks are divided up by area, including The Chenal de Four, Western France, Atlantic Spain and Portugal as well as Keeping a Boat Abroad.

The event is being held at CA House, Limehouse Basin, London, E14 8BT on Saturday November 14.

Tickets are £30 for members; £55 for couples or £45 for non-members. Prices include a two- course buffet lunch, hot drinks and an information pack. Those who join CA on the day will be reimbursed the difference.
