CANCELLED: Blue Water Spring Seminar

Sadly, due to lack of bookings, we have had to cancel this seminar, however the speakers have kindly agree to give their talks a later date as an online event only on separate evenings in the near future .

The annual Blue Water winter all day seminar will include a range of talks on subjects of interest to those cruising further afield as well as providing the opportunity to socialise with CA friends.

The event will also be broadcast via Zoom for those unable to attend in person. Joining via Zoom or attending in person is open to all.

Ian will be talking about his crossing experience including a SAR of a migrant vessel, an encounter with an American warship and some jury rigging. Amongst other things Ian is a RYA Yachmaster instructor. + Q & A

What can we do as sailors to save our oceans? Sailors For the Sea is a worldwide charity which has been set up to unite boaters to help to protect and improve the world’s oceans.
