Duncan is an RYA Instructor, Principal of Westview Sailing, and a features writer for Yachting Monthly. There is something for everyone from master mariners to novices in his talk, which is full of practical ideas delivered with humour.
He deals with getting off and back onto the dock on your own, introduces novel ways of picking up mooring buoys, explains how to use an anchor windlass to raise the main amongst many other tips. He will also demonstrate “the most beautiful knot in the world”.
