Diona Cornell has grown up sailing around the world with her family, father Jimmy, mother Gwenda and brother Ivan. This talk gives an insight into life afloat in a small boat exploring places off the beaten track and may inspire you to follow in her wake.

Members willing to share their cruising 'highs' and 'lows' on January 22nd are asked to contact David Hailes, (01202 m706280) to let him know the title and duration of their talk/presenatation so that a balanced programme can be assembled. 

It does not need to be an all singing and dancing PowerPoint presentation, members are interested in where you sailed and what advice you would give. Someone else may be thinking of following in your wake.

MEET DETAILS

Pontoon berthing adjacent to the HM Offices on Custom House Quay, close to Royal Dorset Y.C.(starboard side on entry) has been provisionally reserved.

Berthing fees are £2.40 per meter, with a 10% discount if we muster 10 boats or more.

Please be aware of shipping movements. Pier head lights switched on when vessels manoeuvering (red no entry/green entry ok) if in doubt call the HM on VHF Ch12
