The meeting at CA House will commence at 18:45 with the usual, very brief, Section meeting to update on latest news etc, followed at 19:15 by a talk:-
"Sailing south and east Italy, including Venice" - Boyd Goldie
The south and east coasts of Italy are under-appreciated as a cruising destination. People often pass through as quickly as possible on their way to or from Croatia or Greece. Yet there are many delightful towns and stops off the main sailing track and the iconic city of Venice is surprisingly easy to visit on a sailing yacht. With excellent food, wine and coffee, no flotillas and few charter boats, Boyd says it’s an area not to be missed.
JThere is no charge for attending this event, but please book if you wish to attend as there is a maximum number of people we can accommodate in the Assembly Room.

Bar Supper - If you are going to attend the meeting and would like supper please could you definitely let us know. It helps to make catering easier if we have an indication of numbers. As usual supper can be ordered at the bar on the night, to eat after the talk at approximately 20:15, or before if you are really early ie 18.00.
