HM Coastguard have been through huge changes in recent years. These changes affect our cruising. Colin will bring us up to date with the workings of the modern Coastguard and help us understand how to help them to help us.

Colin has 45-plus years of sailing experience include yachting, motor-boating, rowing, windsurfing and kayaking. His current boats include a 23' gaff rigged Falmouth Working Boat, an 8m motor cruiser and a lug sailed dinghy. He has written a book on single handed sailing.
